Open Tenders in sealed cover from the bonafide and resourceful contractors enliste,Slwith CPWD/PWD/MES/Railwaysl Public Sectors Undertakings of Central/State Govt. with a minimum Annual Turnover of Rs.3 Crores in last 3 years are invited for carrying out the work of "Construction of Warehouse, Office Building, Purchase Platforms, Assortment Shed with bailing Press and Other Associated facilities and development Works for developing the Departmental Purchase Centers" at: Harirampur (Dist: South Dinajpur), Dinhata under Dinhata RMC (Dist: Coochbehar), Talmahat under Belakoba RMC (Dist: Jalpaiguri),all in West Bengal. Kaliabor (Dist: Nogaon) and Gouripur under Dhubri DRM~ Assam (Dist: Dhubri)all in Assam and Vangapuram (Dist: Vizianagaram) in Andhra Pradesh.

The term of reference, scope and schedule of work etc. is available with Tender Documents. The estimated cost is approximately Rs.One Crore per site (Total Rs.6 crores for 6 projects). Interested parties can submit their technical and financial bids in prescribed format at above address latest by 15th April'08 upto 1400 hrs which shall be opened (only Technical Bid) on same day at 15.30 hrs in the Office of Jute Corporation ofIndia Ltd, Kolkata.

Financial Bid of successful bidder after evaluation of the technical bid will be opened separately at later stage under intimation to them.
