Expression of Interest - BOO/BOOT

The Government of India has extered into production sharing contract with the consortium of Canoro Resoruces Ltd. ( CRL) AND Assam Company Ltd. For the Amguri oil field development. Canoro resources Ltd. (CRL) is the operator. Subsequent toa successful drilling campaign in Amguri block area, CRL is in the process of developing Amguri Oil field.

At current level of asscessment , and for the purpose of projected BOOT / BOO operation, CRL considers that Oil production will increase to 2000 bbl / day by 2009. Thereafter to 3500 bbl / ty by 2010. The pleatue production is expected to continue for approx seven years , i.e. 2017. The Oil production is projected to decline and stabilize at 2000 bbls per day upto 2021.

CRL invities expression of interest form reputed Contractors for following scope of work

SCOPE OF WORK

Build Own – Operate – Transfer ( BOOT)/ Build-Own-Operate ( BOO) of oil evacuation system from Amguri field to the delivery point approximately 100 km away scope of work included.

 

1. Route survey and selection 2. Land acquisition 3. Soil survey 4. Design, construction and operations of oil receiving facility at Amguri oil field ( near to CRL surface processing facilities) 5. Pipe line form Amguri oil field to delivery point. 6. Oil handover facility at delivery point 7. Oil measurement and custody metering facilities both at Amguri receiving point and at delivery point. 8. Support services like power supply, tele communication and catholic protection of pipe line etc. for the BOOT / BOO operation. 9. Environment clearance from competent authorities for the complete set up.

 

SPECIFICATIONS

  Only those contractors and operators who fulfill the following parameters and have demonstrated successful track record, listing projects clients should respond to this notice.

•  Sufficient resources with highly experiences operation, management staff, organization and business support to carry out BOOT / BOO operations. 2. Successful execution of similar contracts value at least Rs 100.00 cr during last 5 years. 3. Demonstrated experienced of designing, constructing, mobilizing and commencing of high skills set team work in remote North East India locations with limited infrastructure and utilities 4. A demonstrated ability to execute and deliver commencement of work as per contractual obligations and deliver services to agreed schedule. 5. Successful execution of EPC for crude oil terminals. 6. Successful execution of EPC for petroleum product pipelines. 7. Have an appropriate, comprehensive team for health, safety and environment management system in place which promotes, aligns and uphold CRL's and Contractors HSE commitments.

Contractors, who can fulfill all of the specifications listed above, must submit their responses including details and references stated above in writing and by e-mail within 15 days of publications of this notice.
