This is to inform that the calendar of events as stipulated vide the Tender Notice Dated 12 July 2009 has been rescheduled as below:
1. Tender Documents may be requested (enclosing the Demand Draft towards the tender price and indicating the Lot number) till close of business hours (05:30 PM) on Tuesday, the 18 August 2009 (See point 6 below).
2. The Completed Tender Documents should be submitted to the office of GTZ New Delhi on or before 31 August 2009 up to 02:00 PM. Bids submitted late will not be considered eligible.
3. The Completed Tender documents should contain the Earnest Money Deposits and eligibility documents else the bids will be summarily rejected.
4. Any queries related to the bids may be sent through email/post to the address in point 7 below on or before 21 August 2009 (05:30PM) and the same will be answered on or before 24 August 2009.
5. Pre-bid meeting will be organized at 1200 noon on Monday, the 17 August 2009 in GTZ Office, New Delhi. The same will be communicated via email to all bidders purchasing Tender Documents.
6. All other Terms and Conditions mentioned in the Original tender notice referred above will remain unchanged. Please visit www.tendernews.com to view the original Notice Inviting Tenders published on 12 July 2009.
