Sealed and separate bids are invited from experience agencies for providing Consulting services to support fresh fruits and vegetable marketing by Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) in Karnataka.

The required services are divided in 02 LOT based on geographical areas.

• Lot 1- Consulting services to support fresh fruits and vegetable marketing by 2 FPOs in rural areas (Belur and Hunsur ).
• Lot 2 - Consulting services to support fresh fruits and vegetable marketing by 3 FPOs in proximity to urban market (Sidhalghatta, Anekal, Srigiripura).

The bidders may bid for one or both LOTS .The Technical and Financial Bids for each LOT should be submitted separately.

The Tender documents include the following:

1. Tender documents for LOT 1 comprising of the Terms of Reference, Criteria for shortlisting of Firms and the Technical assessment Grid
2. Tender documents for LOT 2 comprising of the Terms of Reference, Criteria for shortlisting of Firms and the Technical assessment Grid.
3. Bidding Conditions (which provides details as to how the bid has to be submitted).
4. General Terms of Contract which is an integral part of the contract. (The bidders general terms and conditions of business do not apply).
