Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and together with Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Private Ltd. (RBEI) and Intellecap are implementing a programme on “Corporate Engagement in Start-up and Social Enterprise Incubation”. The project aims to increase Indian incubation capacities and hence to scale up the Indian start-up and social enterprise sector, especially in rural areas, by engaging corporates. It is envisioned that this will lead to new and innovative products for poor and underserved parts of the Indian population. To this end, the project seeks to understand the various models and mechanisms of corporate and incubator engagement as well as corporate and small and growing business (including start-ups and social enterprises) engagement to lay the basis for successful cooperation and partnership agreements.
