Ampo Valves India has relocated a globe valves manufacturing unit in dist. Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The company is being shifted from its rental facility at V K Road, Thaneer Pandal, Peelamedu, Coimbatore to company`s newly constructed own facility at Village Thennampalaym, Sulur in dist. Coimbatore. The new 100% owned AMPO plant comprises an area of approximately 15,000 square meters and includes valve assembly, testing, painting and packing facilities. With this new facility AMPO will be able to manufacture up to 72" size valves, as well as to extend their capabilities. The new plant was commissioned on 10th April, 2017. The plant will be fully operational by end of May 2017. [Info as of: Apr. `17]
