Bio-diversity

It is Public awareness project aiming at raising children s awareness on the importance of biodiversity conservation of the Palestinian Flora resources through utilizing untraditional methods of awareness and integrate the concepts of biodiversity conservation into the non-curriculum and interactive school activities. This will involve in-door awareness raising activities including play activities, film presentation, pictures simulation, general discussions on biodiversity resources, threats and conservation methods. This will be followed by training on flower drying techniques using an environmental friendly methods. The final step will include training on making wall hangers from the dried flowers and documenting information on the Palestinian plants particularly on Ramallah area and its surrounding villages. Central exhibition and mobile exhibitions will be organized to demonstrate the project output to the public.
