Punagri Organics And Lifesciences, formerly known as Punagri Chemopharma, is planning an APIs & synthetic organic chemicals manufacturing unit at Vapi GIDC, dist. Valsad, Gujarat. The project is waiting for environmental clearance. Work on the project is expected to commence in June 2017 & is planned for completion in July 2018. According to MoEF sources, the estimated cost of the project is Rs. 600 million. The unit will manufacture 783 TPM APIs, intermediates for APIs and derivatives. Power requirement is 800 KVA & is sourced from Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company (DGVCL). The land area is 1,524 sq. mtrs. Vapi Green Enviro is the consultant. ETP is proposed. [Info as of: Mar. `17]
