Saviour Mines And Minerals is planning a 28,625.25 cu.mtrs/ yr color granite mining project at Village Kambaduru, dist. Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh on 12.81 hectares leased land. Pioneer Enviro Laboratories And Consultants, Hyderabad is the environmental consultant. The cost of the project is Rs. 17 million. The project is awaiting environmental clearance. According to MoEF sources, the mineral will be quarried by open cast other than fully mechanized semi-mechanized method. Life of the mine is 51 years. [Info as of: Nov. `15]
