Strategic partnerships at local community levels Formalise working relationships with Municipalities and Traditional Authority Councils Identify Local Community Radio Stations and sign MoAs Informed CBOs empowered with knowledge and skills to pursue SGP funding Identify CBOs in remote communities earmarked for the Project, and create a database Develop workshop outlines/agenda and manuals and templates Develop and produce radio PSAs and Live Reads to promote SGP and drive public education and information campaign about SGP processes Broadcast the radio materials Design a radio interview schedule for the SGP National Coordinator and NSC members Coordinate radio interviews Organise and facilitate workshops Pool of local-based Mentors Identify people who could be mentors from the Municipalities (especially from the Community Development Workers) Run a Training of Trainers/Mentoring session during the Workshops After-care Support Provide after-care support to CBOs to develop SGP proposals post the Workshops through online support Coordinate and administer progress reports from CBOs and their projects Visit CBOs and their project a month after the workshops, and create a register of success and/or failure cases of the SGP aligned projects Project closure Write end of project report and present to the SGP NSC
