Swarup Chemicals, the flagship company of the Swarup group of companies, is planning an agrochemical & intermediate manufacturing plant at Village Mahfona, dist. Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh on 2.693 hectares of acquired land. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 150 million. EQMS India is the environmental consultant. The project is waiting for environmental clearance. According to MoEF sources, approx. 33% land will be developed as green belt.
