The Department of Mbam and Kim D full d standards potentialit s and wealth in resources foresti res and wildlife. This Department d has also two d important areas prot g es of our country namely: nationals of the MPEM Domingo and MBAM and DJEREM parks. The implementation of the activities for the protection of biodiversity in these areas cause d standards conflict between the administrations in charge of these areas prot g es and riparian populations habitu es since the dawn of time exercise their activity s agro-pastoral, gathering and hunting which constitute their main means for them (d) availability and a right than their conf re nature. These people who r alit n not have t pr by es in implementing these prot g areas and which are also ignorant of the provisions laws regulating the management of wildlife and flora in our country, are today today sevr es brutally of the natural means of survival and are oblig es back in irr guli re exploitation and uncontrolled resource res foresti and Wildlife yet prot g are both within these areas by foresti re law and wildlife, d o the resurgence of the name poaching nes ph and d exploitation ill gale for ts finding s in the area; situation which went do the rapid degradation of wildlife and plant resources and m d me the disappearance of some esp these wildlife and fauna. The updated re and poverty as they become increasingly more critical area continued the drastic decrease in the incomes that came mainly from l exploitation of the resources of the area and wildlife; d o n r need realize this project which s build on the m participatory methods, tools and approaches kind involving women, youth and minority peoples of the area to the centre of actions lead to bring appropriate answers r es these problems my. This project will have as main targets: riparian areas prot g populations and communities are the MPEM and Domingo and the MBAM and DJEREM, minority indigenous peoples (Pygmies es, Tikar, Mbororo, etc.) organizations the company civil local so that private companies are involved in l exploitation of local natural resources and finally the local administrations in charge of areas prot g es and foresti, res and wildlife issues.
