The New India Assurance Company is planning construction of office-cum-training centre at Uppal, dist. Rangareddy, Telangana. NBCC (India), the implementing agency, invites online single percentage rate open tenders for construction of the office-cum-training centre. Scope of work involves construction of (non-residential), business complex buildings including civil, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting and HVAC works etc. Estimated cost put to tender is Rs. 184.6 million.
