The Tata Power Company is planning construction of 220 KV GIS building at Antop Hill, dist. Mumbai City, Maharashtra. Expression of interest have been floated for general civil works for construction of 220 KV GIS building at Antop Hill. The company intends to construct 220/33 KV receiving station at Antop Hill to cater to upcoming load requirement in Dharavi & Parel area. The scope includes construction of GIS building including pile foundation, structure, finishing, external works such as storm water drains, internal roads etc. The project shall be executed on item rate basis. Indicative scope of work is: i) Site grading, approach road works, and roads within the substation, pathways etc ii) Construction of 220 KV GIS building (basement+G+1) including pile foundation, structure, all interior finishing, building electrical and PHE works. iii) Miscellaneous structures such as car stack & parking structures, pump house, fire water tank etc. [Info as of: Jun. `17]
