The community has a potential frut tail as it is the custard apple, so the project require advice on the site of the gabions, assistance T technique in fruit trees, forest plantations (willow, pine, Agave and s bila), wood n crop management plan and the maintenance of the civil works (gabions). The community of Torco-Torco is located in the municipality of Presto, currently has a dirt road in poor condition but passable with caution, which would facilitate the transportation of materials to the project site. The current limits of the community of Torco-Torco are: North: community of Lom n; South: Sub Centralia Peral and R or Torco-Torco; East: Ro Zud ez and Mojocoya municipality and West: with the community of Lom n. It is located between the following coordinates: 20 K 312683 East, 7917423 North UTM, height: 1, 913 metres above sea level the aim of the project is to raise the level of the quality of life of the inhabitants of the community of Torco-Torco, through protection n of productive land that generate alternatives of performance frut agr tail and tail. The project beneficiaries become protagonists of their development within the new Constitution n Pol tica of the State (NCPE), according to article 385, which indicates that the protected areas constitute a good com n and are part of the natural and cultural heritage of the country that meet features environmental, cultural, social and economic institutions for sustainable development, therefore the present project is framed to the environmental legislation of a law 1333, the General rules of protected areas and the Management Plan.
