Environmental research

The objective of the Project is to develop a sustainable farm integrated with an anaerobic digester in the community of Kpondetown, close to Fendell campus. Seven villages are within walking distance to Kpondetown. The project will build capacity of the locals in developing mitigating activities in the area of Climate Change and Biodiversity Conservation. CRITICAL FACTORS FOR PROJECT SUSTAINBILITY: Project will address the issues of green house gasses (GHG) reduction, food security, human health, and threats to the environment by the use of traditional farming and energy techniques besides the project will build local capacity and develop alternative livelihood programme
