The pecific objective is that pregnant women, attending DREAM centres in Maputo, Matola, Beira, Manga Chingussura and Quelimane, make use of a quality PMTCT service. Expected results are as follows: 1) A PMTCT-specialized DREAM facility, adequately equipped, is available in the city of Matola. 2) Training courses on PMTCT are available for 60 social and health workers 3) A PMTCT service, according to WHO option B for prevention of mother-to-child-transmission of HIV infection, is available in the DREAM facilities of Maputo, Beira (Sofala) and Quelimane (Zambesia).
