Bio-diversity

The project contributes to advocating environmental awareness at the schools students. It is expected that the guiding manual provide schools students in level 6-11 with the necessary theoretical basis to identify environmental problems in their local communities and to learn how to interfere positively in order to enhance their local environment. The manual comprises 25 units and mainly address environmental issues in the areas such as biodiversity conservation, water resources protection and trans-boundary issues, energy efficiency, solid waste management, sea pollution, recycling, sustainable agricultural/ intensive chemical use etc. By large the project contribute to build positive attitude for schools students and enhance their skills to plan for a better and healthy environment in West Bank and Gaza Strip.
