Bio-diversity

The project will primarily be looking at the promotion of sustainable use of natural object to produce handicraft work, as well as Diversification of national economic activities to reduce on national imports.It will alternatively provide life skills to young mothers so that they are able to be employable or venture into alternative livelihood activities in the artisanal sector.Their activities will therefore in other ways contributes to the sustainable tourism programme which is a national initiative, of which the GEF is funding current programme leaded by the Ministry of Tourism. On a national scale it will emphasise the promotion and appreciation of our heritage younger generations.
