VKL Resorts India, a part of VKL Group of Companies, is planning an expansion of its resort cum hotel at Village Mullackal, dist. Alappuzha, Kerala. Land area is 5.261 hectares. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 750 million. Environmental Engineers & Consultants is the environmental consultant. The project will involve for expansion of existing resort with additional construction of 155 rooms hotel block & 4,000 seats convention hall with supporting infrastructure facilities.
