this project is covering in multi-area by its nature; however, key aims are promoting alternative energy use for income generation activities after completion of on farm activities by villager in the valley of Paklai district, Xayabouly province. The village is Mmong ethnic. Side positive impact of this project, by building small hydropower plant, villager can make small pipe in different section of the dam for the gravity system to the village that really help women in fetching water after arriving home from hard working in paddy field. The project has been also approaching village forest conservation where the dam can have water all year round.
