- INVITATION FOR REGISTRATION / PREQUALIFICATION OF VENDORS / CONTRACTORS.
Indian Farmers Fertiliser Co-operative Limited (IFFCO), Aonla Unit located 28 Kms. from Bareilly city in the State of U.P. is producing 17.30 Lakh MT urea per annum. Applications for Registration of vendors / contractors are invited from manufacturers / dealers for supply of Goods and from contractors for carrying out works / services for categories as indicated in the detailed category wise item list. Vendors / Contractors who are already registered with IFFCO Aonla are also required to apply as above.
Please note that IFFCO carries out its procurement activities through e-procurement system in which enquiries are pasted on IFFCO’s e-proc. website https:// www.iffcoindia.com and bids are also accepted on website only. Parties to confirm that they are having / shall procure class III B digital certificate for submission of bids on our website. The details about e-procurement system are available on website.
Parties having requisite experience may submit their applications along with duly filled Vendor Registration Form by POST / COURIER only (not thru’ E-mail) latest by 20.06.2008. Envelope shall be superscribed as “ REGISTRATION / PREQUALIFICATION OF VENDORS / CONTRACTORS – 2008” and shall be addressed to :

- The following details / documents alongwith DD should be furnished along with the application, failing which the application shall be liable for rejection.
- 1. Category & Sub-categories applied for.
- 2. Copies of Orders executed during the last 3 years with Performance Certificates from the clients for the supply of similar items.
- 3. Company Details (whether Proprietorship, Partnership, Pvt. Ltd., or Public Limited) – with documentary proof. If company is registered under Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act-2006, same to be indicated clearly along with documentary proof.
- 4. Audited copies of balance sheet for the last three years.
- 5. Bank Solvency Certificate in original for a value as indicated in website under detailed description of categories / sub-categories from any Nationalized / Scheduled Bank (issued on or after 01.04.2007).
- 6. CST / UPTT/ Service Tax / TIN / PAN No. with documentary proof.
- 7. P.F. Code No. / ESI / Labour License (For Works/Contracts only). Contractor shall follow the safety rules as per provisions of ISO 18001 & ISO 14001-2004.
- 8. The copy of acknowledged Income tax return/ Assessment orders for last three years.
- 9. Excise control code alongwith documentary proof.
- 10. Non refundable fee of Rs 500/- by D.D. in favour of IFFCO AONLA payable at Bareilly.
- 11. Details of digital certificate for e-procurement and its validity.
- IFFCO has the sole discretion to pre-qualify the parties and withhold reasons for disqualification. Enquiries shall be issued to the pre-qualified parties as and when the need arises. kindly contact for any clarifications through E-mail. Joint general manager(commercial)
