  •  3. Schedule of property :
    All that piece and parcel of land comprised in the survey Nos. 212/1, 218/P, 219/1/P, 219/2/P, 219/3, 220/1, 220/2/P, 221/P, 222/P, 222/P, 223/P and 233/1/P admeasuring in aggregate 62,395 Sq. Mtrs., together with all buildings and structures thereon, within the village limits of Sari, Taluka Sanand, District Ahmedabad in the State of Gujarat and bounded as follows :-
    On or towards the East by N. H. No.8.
    On or towards the West by Compound wall & Railway Line.
    On or towards the North by Open Plot.
    On or towards the South by Factory – Bhagwati Spherocast / Arvee Denim.
  • 4. Outstanding dues for which the mortgaged assets are being sold
    Rs.99,77,16,472/- (Rupees Ninety Nine Crore Seventy Seven Lakhs Sixteen Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Two Only) as on 30 th April, 2007 plus further interest & liquidated damages thereon plus expenses.

Bids are invited for composite lot as well as for separate lots in sealed envelopes, superscribed with the description of the lot at the top of the envelope, addressed to “The Authorised Officer, Attn: Shri S. Sale is strictly subject to the terms & conditions incorporated in this advertisement and the prescribed “Document for terms of invitation for Sale” which can be obtained from IFCI's above mentioned address, between 21.1.2008 and 18.2.2008 (except on intervening Saturdays and Sundays) from 10.00 AM to 04.00 PM on payment of Rs.1,000/-.
