- NOTICE INVITING TENDER FOR
PROVIDING SECURITY SERVICES
Sealed tenders are invited under Two-Bid system from reputed agencies, either by
themselves or as a joint venture / consortium / partnership having capacity to provide the
required number of uniformed trained manpower for the security services at National Institute
of Nutrition for a period of one year on contract basis / outsourcing basis initially and
extendable further on satisfactory completion of one year contract at an estimated value of
Rs.54.00 lacs per annum approx.
- 1. The tender document can be obtained from the Office of the Senior Administrative
Officer, National Institute of Nutrition, Hyderabad by paying the cost of the tender
Rs.1000/-(Rupees One Thousand only) [Non refundable] in the form of Demand Draft from
any of the scheduled bank drawn in favour of “Director, National Institute of Nutrition” and payable at Hyderabad.
- 2. The Tender should be accompanied by EMD of RS.2.70 lacs. (Rupees Two Lacs and
Seventy thousand only) payable in the form of Demand Draft from any of the scheduled
bank drawn in favour of “Director, National Institute of Nutrition” and payable at
Hyderabad.

- 4. Time & last date of submission : By 01.00 p.m. on 17-08-2012
- 5. Time & date of bid opening : at 04.00 p.m. on 17-08-2012. In case of any
holiday on the day of opening, the tenders will be opened on the next working day at the
same time but the tender box will be sealed on same day and time, as scheduled above.
