The aim of the organization is to provide a service n quality and diversified visitors ensuring continuous process TRAINING n , its marketing as local as gu , the inclusion n gu service within the local community as aa model environmental MANAGEMENT n , equipment group and strengthening the infrastructure of MNG . N The organization is made up of 12 members , 5 males and 7 females engaged in service gu to enjoy recognition and reputation as a service provider to gu tourists visiting the MNG (See attached note CATUR ) . With the prop sito provide customer service quality has received TRAINING n in the following topics : archeology in general and specifies the MNG , first aid, CPR , conduction n tourism , ethics applied to tourism , general tourism , animation Natural environmental Legislaci n and n . These trainings have been provided by : National Museum, Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports , Costa Rican Red Cross, National Training Institute ( INA) and MINAE -SINAC . Adem s , have the accreditation officer n gu tur as granted by the ICT appliances and the lists p corresponding INS . It is funded by visitor tips , odds and occasionally n raffles for the attainment of economic resources nomic activities that allow representation n of the group, as well as , attendance at events TRAINING n . Members of the organization are part of the team n support environmental education program n the MNG and assist in the maintenance of the same infrastructure (maintenance of trails and facilities in general) . The Guayabo National Monument is a protected wildlife area (ASP ) aa unique in its category nationwide archaeol invaluable resource houses a logical and natural. It has the care infrastructure for visitors , programs na projection immediate community as a strategy to reduce impacts on the ASP and a group of local gu U- SERE organized as offering this service to tourists visiting the Guayabo National Monument ( MNG ) . The monument is part of Corridor Biol unique logical Volcano Central Talamanca ( CBVCT ) , has been identified as a logical site of conservation strat n by Statistics character of its biodiversity. However, biodiversity and ecosystems is at risk due to n conflicting land use buffer in your area . With the prop site of attack this problem there is a policy alliance between MNG and as gu group who recognize the importance of ensuring the conservation n the ASP and the good management of the buffer area to keep attractive site for tourism. This project seeks to build a local organization n oriented rural tourism which is already developing a gu service to tourism will last six to the MNG . It seeks to strengthen infrastructure , group equipment and MNG , promote community environmental modeling MANAGERIAL n , n diversification promotional ny gu service to the prop site to ensure improvements in the quality of service provided to and increased visitor visitaci n . N The organization has sufficient experience, recognition by other regional and national organizations associated with tourism, is accredited by the ICT service to exercise a gu , environmental commitment and has the potential to support the development of other productive activities resulting tourism . Therefore has the potential to develop new sources of employment and thereby help address one of the socio- nomic problems facing the community , such as lack of jobs . GENERAL OBJECTIVE Strengthening n Association of Local U- Gu as SERE , as n organization that makes a productive activity with environmental commitment and adem s account , with the potential to generate new sources of employment in rural tourism and other related services. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: 1) To strengthen different aspects as gu group , including preparation of infrastructure within the MNG and audiovisual equipment b sico , in order to provide better customer service. 2) To sensitize the population on issues and pr n favorable environmental practices , better quality of life and its promotion as a model community n environmental MANAGERIAL n . 3) Strengthen environmental education programs n , integrated management of natural resources in the area and their respective MNG buffer as n option to strengthen the community as a model environmental MANAGERIAL n .
