The Project consists of an equity investment of up to 20% in Egypt-based float glass manufacturer Sphinx Glass S.A.E. ("Sphinx" or "the Company") which is currently 100% owned by Construction Products Holding Company ("CPC" or "the Sponsor"). The Sphinx manufacturing facility currently has a capacity to melt 600 tons of product per day (about 200,000 tons per year) and is located on a 220,000 square meter plot of land in an industrial zone of Sadat City, Egypt
