The details are 1) Re-development of Mumbai Central Railway Station at an indicative project cost of Rs. 2,500 million. The vacant land available for commercial exploitation & relocation is 16,171 sq. mtrs. 2) Re-development of Bandra Terminus Railway Station at an indicative project cost of Rs. 2,000 million. The vacant land available for commercial exploitation & relocation is 42,368 sq. mtrs and 3) Re-development of Borivali Railway Station at an indicative project cost of Rs. 2,800 million. The vacant land available for commercial exploitation & relocation is 11,475 sq. mtrs. The project broadly includes re-development of the railway stations to international standard on Swiss challenge method by commercially exploiting the encumbrance free land and air space at the stations. Stations are to be developed on `As is where is` basis.
