Anik Industries, a part of Anik Group, is planning a hotel & service apartment project at New Town, dist. North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. Consultant is appointed. The project is waiting for environmental clearance. Civil work is yet to start. According to MoEF sources, total land area is 15,459.34 sq. mtrs, built-up area is 71,126.40 sq. mtrs and tree plantation area is 3,326.55 sq. mtrs. Total no. of dwelling units is 337 Nos. for Block-A and B (hotel block) & 320 flats for Block-C. Power requirement of 3,240 kVA will be sourced from WBSEB. Car parking will be provided for 681 nos. and 9 buses. STP based on FAB technology followed by tertiary treatment will be installed. ETP will be installed. [Info as of: Jul. `16]
