Reversing these trends is not an easy task f, it requires time, effort and resources to drive transformation processes n in the values and attitudes of the population n, especially in sectors YOUNG msg. This is a situation generalizable to pa n s, yet in rural areas takes a greater force in the absence of quality jobs, opportunities to study t technician and appropriate to the regional econ din mica mica, the lack of healthy recreation options n and, in general, conditions for cultural development.
