Project Description
This project on consolidation of Irrigation activities in Umbwe Onana irrigation canal aim at expanding area under irrigation by extending water distribution canals to new farms. Expanded irrigation facilities will increase the number of farmers in irrigation and reduce the number of people depending on agriculture for their livelihood as well as reduce number of un-employed people in Umbwe society.
