The project is a contribution in the process of consolidation the company Mapajo n, that initiated since 1998 with the formulaci n of the project. The OTB and MAPAJO S.R.L., after an an SWOT analysis be dialled at the beginning of the year 2003 have defined aspects essential to initiate the process of consolidation n. For example, global constraints, decreasing n in tourism and the social instability of Bolivia. As a result the administrative responsibilities and the cost of operating the office in Rurrenabaque is not covered by sales made to causing d deficit econ mico and difficulties to meet essential needs. However the potentialities of the destination and the products offered by the company allow to portend success in the initiative and high probability of sustainability that allow to meet the objectives proposed in MAPAJO
