Project Description
The project focuses on Monitoring and Evaluation of SGP projects at national level (country programme), in a participatory process, as a way of assessing projects implementation and at the same time promoting community ownership of the projects. The purpose of M & E is to assess if goals have been reached according to the plan and improve performance. The M & E project will be in accordance with established UNDP - GEF procedures, which are undertaken by the project team and the GEF - Small Grants Programme National Steering Committee, with support rom the GEF-SGP South Africa.
