This garden project is strategically located off a major road way. the 2 acre parcel given by the government of Antigua will be transformed into a training hub for youth 17-17, where training in agriculture and horticulture will be provided leading to the generation of skills, income and providing food security. The diverse membership has knowledge, skills and resources to build up a library for documentation and knowledge of the indigenous plants-the Agave-the national flower of Antigua and the full collection of Aloes where the herbal and medicinal uses will be expounded. there is much partnering with local groups to include GARDC. The training and demonstration will take place in the visitor center to include the library. Project sustainability will come from sales of plants, booklets, consultancy and professional services provided by the membership and entrance fees from visitors eager to explore the gardens as an environmental site visit. beekeeper will have the opportunity to locate hives there for pollination and honey.
