Environmental policy and administrative management

The capacity building project has been awarded to organise regional stakeholders workshops, monitoring and evaluation workshops, training on financial management, proposal writing and gender mainstreaming and finally to carry out audit for the SGP grantees. Every year, SGP Nepal country office receives more than 300 proposals, thus to satisfy these proponent, regional stakeholders` workshop has been very effective. In these workshop, proponent orgnisation which has applied for the SGP grants but cannot access the grants are invited which is again followed by proposal writing training to selected proponent CBOs. The monitoring and evaluation workshop, audit exercise and gender mainstreaming training are targeted to enhance the capacity of SGP grantees.

Nepal
