Bukunja Senyi Ecological Sanitation Project aimed at improving the health conditions of the people living around Lake Victoria and also reduce pollution on the lake by constructing two eight stance ordinary latrines in the landing sites of Nkombwe or Senyi, constructing two ferrous cement tanks of 10,000 litres capacity, training Watsan Committees and sensitizing at least five hundred people using popular theatre
