Technology Development Foundation of Turkey (TTGV) on NGO Capacity Building, Project Guidance, Monitoring and Evaluation in Climate Change Focus Area through a partnership project will provide SGP help in better planning and developing projects that have a greater global impact and are easily implemented at the local level in the climate change focus area. Through the project, there will be training seminars and printed materials prepared by the Foundation to help reaching NGOs in climate change and POPs focus areas, a recent focus area for Turkey, after the ratification and entry into force of the UNFCCC on 24 May 2004. This capacity building project will be instrumental in SGP Turkeys Climate Change portfolio, from project design to project implementation and monitoring. The project also includes providing SGP with the existing situation in Turkey regarding POPs.
