Target Population / Location of project: 690 families with 4,966 members, 80 % of which practice paddy farming and fruit gardening in three types of terrain: plain, lowland along rivers, and plain in valley. 390 persons from 96 families are direct beneficiaries of the project. Main Anticipated Result: 1. At least 50 members acquired technical skill on integrated farming being capable to promote and replicate 2. Plans for sustainable land management being compiled and put into use 3. Additional re-vegetative area of at least 25 ha 4. Perceivable reduction of toxic chemicals and stable price of agricultural product of members Main Activities: 1. Building capacity of target population on project planning, integrated farming and production of organic substances 2. Demonstrating water resources management 3. Launching integrated farming in selected areas 4. Conducting participatory evaluation 5. Disseminating project results, products and experience for replication Other major stakeholders: 1.
