Semeskandeh Wildlife Refuge is one of the five wildlife refuges in Mazandaran and is classified as category IV of Habitat/Species Management Area by IUCN. For 21 years 10 hectares of the forest was used as the landfill area. Although the landfill area has been transferred to another area but due to lack of effective waste management the area is exposed to dangerous environmental issues. The project activities are: Develop a baseline report Develop a proposal based on that report Supporting and coordinating the Plant for Planet Event
