1.4.1 organizing a training workshop for local organizations and communities on the pr preparation and development of projects: the first l NGO activity will be the formation of the GTC in technique d accompaniment of the NGO/OCB for project formulation. It s is d explain the meaning of each of the 5 areas of intervention and mathematics th of GEF and how they relate to the activities of PMF. L AMEF will recruit trainers sp specialists from the areas of intervention GEF to animate formation. It will be e organised within 15 days following the payment of the first instalment of funding.
