Building Political Will and Generating Trust to Implement the Forest and Wildlife Participatory Law Enforcement Strategy. Improve political and institutional framework of the forestry sector and a better investment climate for sustainable forest management is the project expected main outcome. Its main outputs are: 1. Political decision makers and opinion leaders aware of the contribution of the forests to the country`s economy, to rural poverty alleviation and to climate change adaptation and mitigation. 2. Mozambican public informed about the strategic importance of sustainable forestry and sound dendro-energy consumption for the country`s development and its contribution to climate change mitigation. 3. Creation and operation of a National Forest Control Unit (NFCU) 4. Creation and operation of a National Forestry Administration and Control System (SISFLOF), including a forest law enforcement module
