East Coast Railway is planning construction of 3rd line between Jimdipeta-Vizianagaram and Balugaon-Palasa in Odisha and Andhra Pradesh. Rail Vikas Nigam, the implementing agency invites RFQ for 1. Construction of 3rd line between Jimdipeta (incl)-Vizianagaram (incl) (length-109 kms). Indicative contract package cost is Rs. 7,000 million. 2. Construction of 3rd line between Balugaon (excl)-Palasa (incl) (length- 150 kms). Indicative contract package cost is Rs. 7,350 million on EPC basis.
