Hindustan Petroleum Corporation is planning a 65 KTPA hydrogen generation unit at HPCL Mumbai Refinery, dist. Mumbai City, Maharashtra. Engineers India is the project management consultant has invited international competitive bidding bids for Hydrogen Generation Unit (HGU) of `Mumbai Refinery Expansion Project (MREP)` project on Licensing, Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (LEPCC) route At HPCL Mumbai Refinery. The scope of work shall include project management, licensing, preparation of BEDP including residual process design engineering, detailed engineering (including HAZOP and SIL study), procurement, fabrication, inspection, transportation of all the equipment and materials to work site, storage, assembly, erection, installation, process and utilities hook up to the existing refinery network, construction and testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, Performance Guarantee Test Run (PGTR) and handing over of all the facilities to owner including transfer of license, supply of mandatory / recommended spares as per bidding document. The time schedule for the subject work shall be 22 months for mechanical completion/ready for commissioning from the date of issue of Letter of Acceptance (LOA) plus 2 Months for commissioning.
