Bio-diversity

The project aims at doing bee keeping as a way to promote the conservation of the African bees as endangered species and benefit from the production of honey and other bee products. Bee keeping will provide an opportunity to generate the much needed cash income for the youth and create employment with the ultimate goal being conservation. The project will encourage the youth to positively engage in conservation while enjoying the economic benefits from such an endeavour. The project has potential to reduce poverty through income generating, creation of employment and in addition, it will empower youth to shape their own destiny through attainment of requisite skills for bee keeping.
