Environmental research

The project aims to reducing land degradation through sustainable water conservation practices and environmental awareness that will help nurture environmental aspects within the local community in daily life activities. Moreover, help conserve energy by implementing solar water heaters for the local community. Project Specific Objectives - Reducing land degradation and conserving energy in the area, along with improving the livelihood and living conditions of the local community, by using a revolving fund that is given to help initiate water and energy conservation projects. - Enhance the awareness of the local community about energy conservation and water harvesting practices. - Enhance the status of the local community through upgrading their skills and income, which will later be connected to activities already functioning in the society. - Increase the income generation for local rural families, and create new jobs opportunities.
