The project will directly help to preserve an important mangrove area located in the Ramsar site, the Las Iguanas and Punta Condega Nature Reserve, in the Gulf of Fonseca, is to reforest 5 hectare of mangrove forest areas in the estuary Michiguiste, this is a h important habitat for different species of birds found mainly in the site and have global significance can mention the Jabiru (nitandra) and several residents especiies crustaceans in mangroves, the Red throated caracara (Daptrius americanus) and heron esp tula pink (Roseate Spoonbill). The project will directly benefit families and 20 members asocial and environmental entire community for a total of 620 inhabitants, with environmental protection programs are immeasurable benefits for the whole area.
