J. K. Cement is planning an expansion of its cement manufacturing from 471,900 TPA to 2,443,800 TPA & clinker manufacturing from 262,500 TPA to 1,687,500 TPA at Village Gotan, dist. Nagaur, Rajasthan. The proposed project is for set up new separate production line with production capacity of 1,952,250 TPA cement & 1,425,000 TPA clinker. The total land area is 68.99 hectares, of which existing land area is 51.82 hectares & additional land proposed is 17.17 hectares. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 12,500 million, will be based on the requirement of fixed and non-fixed assets. Civil & machinery contractor are yet to be appointed. The project has been applied for environmental clearance. The project is in planning stage. Work on the project is planned for completion in 60 months after taking all necessary statutory permission.
