ITI is setting up a 1,000 racks data centre at Dooravaninagar, dist. Bengaluru, Karnataka. The centre is coming up near its existing 350 racks data centre premises in Bengaluru. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 2,000 million including 200 racks data centre being set up at Naini, Uttar Pradesh. The centre will act as a disaster recovery site and vice versa. The project work is in progress & is scheduled for completion in October 2017. According to media reports, the centre will offer a range of services, including colocation services, hosting services and managed services such as server management, network management and security management.
