The main objective of the project is to introduce environmentally friendly technologies like solar cookers, improved cook stoves, Water Pasteurization indicators and solar lanterns. The project builds capacity of the locals in developing a mitigating activities in the area of Climate Change. The project will also address the issue of livelihood. CRITICAL FACTORS FOR PROJECT SUSTAINBILITY: Alternative energy sources identified , developed and available to the locals Local community empowered to manage the project Alternative livelihood programme established
