L environment in this city is dangerously threatened and its inhabitants are the mercy of all risks of disease and other fatal poisoning. Indeed, l inadvertent use and incontr l of persistent organic pollutants (POPs), to which must be added the ration of d p ts wild proliferating and l parpillement of filth as well in the m households in streets, are all factors d public insalubrit that can cause food poisoning and pid mies as chol ra and malaria. Efforts r cup ration and processing these waste with a purpose of sanitation d but recovery have t during the past years res ann es, undertaken by various actors involved in the management of the city which include EPSO 2000 environment. Indeed, through its production structures, this structure can transform the POPs in materials of construction such as s pav, gutter and latrine slabs. These food residues r are also s transform to get of the compost that can be used d fertilizer and food ration for animal d. Unfortunately, these products of these recovery efforts are hardly s Chun in markets local cause of their knowledge, some consider m operations singuli res and the lack of information. In this context, the pr presents project proposal request to GEF and UN Habitat l financial and technical support for am improve l flow of these products on the market, gage p rennit of the action.
